Processing Time
We process orders within 1 - 2 business days (we operate our business Monday through
Friday). Please note that processing time does not include delivery time.
Refused Shipments
If our shipment is refused or fails to be accepted for any reason, there will be
a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charge.
Back Orders/Out of Stock
JAK & SWEETIE keeps a good amount of inventory. However, in a rare occassion, we might
have some products that are "out-of-stock" due to shipment delay from either
carrier or supplier. If that happens after you place your order, we will refund in the
same way you pay.
Tracking/Delivery Confirmation
We e-mail the shipment confirmation include Tracking or Delivery Confirmation
Number once order is being processed. Excluding Singapore, there is no Tracking or
Delivery Confirmation Number at this time.

Return and Exchange Policy
We refund and exchange 100% minus the shipping & handling for any unopened and unused
products within 40 days of receipt date. Please send e-mail to sales at
de-beauty dot com to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and then click here, to
download the form.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card
statement.
